hope you see this is about fleeting moments on the nyc subway that lead to missed connections posts on craigslist. it predominantly follows two characters, who seem to tell two sides of the same story, as they relive their brief but charged encounters on the train. the piece considers common fantasies around chance-romance, how desire unfolds in public space, and the pursuit of a happy ending.
